WOD:    “Fight Gone Bad”

  • wall ball (20/14)
  • sumo deadlift highpull (75/45)
  • box jumps (24/20)
  • push press (75/45)
  • row

– There will be one running clock. You will have 1 minute to comlete as many reps as possible at each station before switching to the next. There will be no rest between stations.

– This will be done in 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest between each round.

– Everything is scored by total number reps except the row is scored by calories

    Sumo DLHP are not pleasant the day after max dead lift.
    Should have broken at least 200, a little disappointed
