AMRAP in 6 minutes:
5 Dual KB Front Squats (55/35)
12 Push Ups
The Open is just over a week away, who’s signing up??  Even if you don’t plan on making regionals, you should sign up for this.  It will give you an extra push and help hold you accountable.  Plus, you just might qualify to represent us at the SETX Invitational. What do you have to lose??
