Time Trial: 800m, 400m, 200m run. Rest to run ratio 1:1



AsManyRoundsAsPossible in 20minutes

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

CrossFit Bridge City is having a crawfish boil on April 14. If you would like to attend please RSVP on the facebook event page.  Be sure to include how many pounds of crawfish you want! We will also be doing Murph that day around 12:30 at CF Bridge City. Come participate, watch, and hang with the Southeast Texas CrossFit crew!

  3. Thanks Steph but I didnt’ dominate!! But I don’t think I did to horrible for my first time to Rx it. Got 11 rds. Push ups are KILLER!!!!

    Lets just say I’m not the fastest. Everyone did an awesome job today at 11. Good job peeps!!
