SKILL:

Snatch – 1 rep every minute.  Add 5-10 lbs every minute until failure.  Minimum of 8 minutes.

WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
200m Run
10 Deadlifts (225/155)
40 Double Unders

CASH OUT:

25 Handstand Push Ups or 25 Strict Pull Ups
