50m sprint after each set
WOD:

30 seconds on 30 seconds off:
Back Squat (185/125)
Burpees
Push ups
Russian Swings
Box Jumps (24/20)

Repeat for 3 rounds
CASH OUT:
30 Dead Hang Pull-ups

  1. I’m not sure what we (Carlos and I) did on the sled, but there was no more room for weight. Lol
    Subbed squat snatch @ 95# for back squat
    Used the 70# KB
