  1. 20:45 (ouch!) but i did stick with the 95# thrusters and 55# kb. A good strength WOD after yesterdays cardio. 20# TGU’s

  2. Tomorrow at noon I will kick some Crossfit butt! Ok ok, I will probably just kick my own butt, but I will be there none the less…
