  • 10 box jumps (30/24)

Max burpees in 1 minute
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5

  • C & J (135/95)
  • box jumps (30/24)

– First score = total number reps of C & Js, box jumps and burpees
– Second score = time of 1-2-3-4-5 part (total time finished in minus 4 minutes)

  1. Row: 4:18 (had no desire to push myself)
    Push up: 25 (maxed on bench yesterday for the first time in 2 years, 200#. First time to break the 200# barrier)
    WOD: 44 RX then 4:37 RX
    This one is a quad burner but fun

  2. 4:07 on the row and I think I went so hard my legs were numb and I got 3 push ups lol
    33 and 6:49 on the wod rx.
    My jaw hurts, it does not like being hit with a 45# bar bell

  3. At 11am… skill was 3:28.4 (pr) then 26 push ups
    wod 48, then on my 3 & 3 I “BOUNCED” off the box myself, but —only with one leg Casey..(can’t imagine hitting both at the same time!)
    I stewed on it all day that I couldn’t finish at 11…….. so went back at 5, when u fall off the horse jump back on…
    wod at 5pm 46 and 3:46….luckily my tattoos will hide the beautiful bruise that is forming as we speak! ha
