Skill:    Max time plank hold

WOD:

AMRAP in 2:

  • 250 m row
  • max wall ball (20/14)
  • rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 2:

  • 20 jumping lunges (total)
  • max DB push press (45/30)
  • rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 2:

  • 150 m run
  • max burpees
  • rest 1 minute

– Go in waves of 3

– Score will be total number reps of DB push press, wall ball and burpees.

  1. I have made changes to the mobile theme and updated it so it would recognize newer phones and set the mobile theme by default. If anyone has anymore issues with it please let me know.

    14 seconds on wall chair, I was totally wiped out.
