You may pick a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week or choose a named CrossFit workout – the girls, heroes, or games workouts. You may not create your own WOD. This is an excellent time to test benchmarks.

BBQ TONIGHT! Come out for a good time from about 3:30-7! Some great food and drink will be provided. If you have special foods you want to cook you can bring them. Come in and do a WOD and then eat some grub and have a drink with your fellow gym patrons!
RED ROCKS WORKOUT on Saturday! There will be no class this at the gym this Saturday (except for Foundations). Meet at the top of the amphitheater at 9:45! Make sure to bring water and a towel! See you up there!
