Snatch Balance- Work up to a heavy single and concentrate on receiving the bar in the squat position (hips below parallel).
AMRAP in 10 minutes:

  • 200M sprint
  • 10 Squat Snatch (95#/65#)
  • 10 Sit ups

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
  • 20 double unders
  • 10 hang squat cleans (95#/65#)
  • 10 lunges (10 per leg)

    1st WOD: 3 rounds RX
    2nd WOD: 3 rounds (3x singles, RX)
    Stupid double unders
    This is the definition of a quad killer. Its a fun one though.

  2. Skill: Only did 40# I think
    1st wod: 3 rounds + 200m
    2nd wod: 3 rounds + 20 du and 8 hang cleans (went to singles on 3rd round)

  3. Did 95# for the skill.
    My legs are still shot fro yesterday and this did not help at all.
    1st wod – 4 rounds plus 5 squat snatches RX
    2nd wod – 5 rounds plus 2 hang clean squats RX
    My legs were dead by the start of the 2nd wod. Who is programming these leg killers?
