For time:

  • 500m row
  • 40 KB swings (55#/35)
  • 30 Goblet Squats (55#/35)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 supine ring rows

  3. I can’t remember if my one rep max was 165 or 170. Tried 50 times (it seemed like) to get 185 and just couldn’t do it. BUT I WILL!!!!

  4. SKILL- 285# which is a 40# PR. That makes 4 PRs for the week. I had to attempt it twice, due to the fact I didn’t get low enough the 1st ime and Stefan no-reped me, thanks for that…But I got it done.
    WOD- 10:11 RX, and I almost meet Pukie!!! After almost a year Burpees still suck, but I don’t think as bad as the Goblet Squats.

    1. Nice work on the squat. I’d have to say you were sand bagging on 245 the 1st time since you did 285 twice. Just kidding!

  5. Vick, the 245 was a while back about 6 months so I wasn’t sandbagging that bad, lol. And I didn’t really do it twice, the first 1 didn’t count remember?!?!
