    First 6am WOD, it’s kinda nice being done for the day. Main site’s WOD looks fun might double up with that at 5

    For someone who just got the hang of double-unders, that last 100 felt like an eternity… in fact, I think it took longer than the rest of the WOD itself.

    Once I found my double under rhythm I prob could have done the 100. Felt great to finally have them again
