1) Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat – 4 X 1+2 @ 65% of OHS
2) Snatch Pull – 4 X 3 – add 10-20% from Monday’s Snatch weight
Note: If a lift/set is missed, drop the weight 10 lbs and finish your remaining sets at the lower weight.
3 Rounds for working time of:
50 Double Unders
12 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
5 Power Cleans (185/125)
Note: Target time for each round should be sub 3 min with a total working time of no more than 10 min. To work with the 185/125# Power Clean at an appropriate intensity you should be able to move through them with less than a 3 sec reset between reps.
