  1. Super slow time 19:something 135# and 30 box hspu. Really watched my form on DL’s.
    Form over time right?

  2. Brittany…you don’t won’t to use bad form and hurt yourself. You have to be able to lift it with proper form. So in my opinion, yes form over time. I think a lot of people, when deadlifting, use horrible form just to say that they lifted a higher weight. That is stupid. I would rather use proper form and get a lower weight than to hurt myself.
