    Pull ups 31 reps AGAIN!
    Ring pushups 50 reps 8 rep pr

    weighted pull up- 60# (15# pr)
    Snatch- 125# (20# pr)
    pull ups- 47 (16 rep pr)
    400m run 1:28ish, not a fan of that course, props to you guys doing it in the 1:21 range.
    I saw a lot of “CrossFit Happiness” at the box today, good times guys

  7. 400 m 1:31 deadlift 405# 20#pr wasnt feeling it today my long week didnt end until late yesterday, :-/ the old legs were feeling like noodles.
