    2:52? run (I don’t remember…except that I sucked at it)
    13:58 purple band, knees to elbows
    cool down: 65 sit ups in 2 minutes

  2. 1:26 Row, 1:20 something run & 10:05 WOD (rx), 69 Sit-ups
    I may bet getting slightly better at running distances further than 400m – but caught a mad cramp during the 600m – hobbled the last 200m.
