Time trials – as in we are doing a 500m row AND a 400m sprint?
Yes. Not put together. There is a rest inbetween.
I want a 30 min rest in between
Took me forever to do the dang pushups, but I did get them RX.

11:14 rx my pushups too but could only do knees to elbows
No 400m run due to rain
10:20 RX (ran under cover due to rain)
60 sit-ups in 2 mins
2:52? run (I don’t remember…except that I sucked at it)
13:58 purple band, knees to elbows
cool down: 65 sit ups in 2 minutes
2:09 row….. Couldn’t do run…. 12:29(purple band pu, knees to elbows)
1:26 Row, 1:20 something run & 10:05 WOD (rx), 69 Sit-ups
I may bet getting slightly better at running distances further than 400m – but caught a mad cramp during the 600m – hobbled the last 200m.
