Sprints:

  • 800
  • 400
  • 400
  • 200

– rest aprx. 2 minutes between sprints
 
 
AMRAP in 7:

  • 7 burpees
  • 5 lunges/leg
  • 3 HSPU

– rest 1 minute then get max deadhang pull ups

  1. stretched instead of doing the sprints, legs were super sore today.
    WOD- 6 rounds rx (if kipping HSPU’s are considered rx)
    14 deadhangs
    Nathan did a L-ring dip today, pretty cool, they are super hard

    Wod: 6 rounds (1 mat for HSPU on rounds 1&2, then had to scale to 2 mats)

  3. Sprints in the cold are not fun…
    800m = 3:05
    400m = 2:02, 1:55
    200m = :42
    4rds with 2 ab mats.
    Still need a lot of work on my hspu!
