stretched instead of doing the sprints, legs were super sore today.
WOD- 6 rounds rx (if kipping HSPU’s are considered rx)
Nathan did a L-ring dip today, pretty cool, they are super hard
Skill: subbed 3x 500m rows for sprints
Wod: 6 rounds (1 mat for HSPU on rounds 1&2, then had to scale to 2 mats)
Sprints in the cold are not fun…
800m = 3:05
400m = 2:02, 1:55
200m = :42
4rds with 2 ab mats.
Still need a lot of work on my hspu!
