  2. I like our variation of Dirty Thirty, because the one I have in StrengthDiary is starts with 100 Air Squats, includes a Power Clean, and ends with a 800m run.

  3. I liked this workout. I got the shoulder to overhead unbroken but was still sore from all the pushups & burpees yesterday so I had a lot of trouble with the 30 of each of those.

    1. I know what you mean. I am taking a couple days off to get some rest. These early mornings start to get to you. Great job though today!

  5. had fun joining in on the 11 am class today!! 15:39 rx!! cfmc wall ball targets are mean to little people!! i had to jump off the ground to get the ball up there!!
