Skill:    AMRepsAP in 2 minutes:

  • Double unders
  • Push ups
  • Burpees

– Each skill will be done seperately as it’s own 2 minute workout with 2-5 minutes of rest between efforts
WOD:     
400 m run
20 – 15 – 10 – 5

  • Wall ball (20/14)
  • Medball russian twists (20/14)

150 m run
– Post max efforts, loads and times to comments –

    8:31RX+ (30# Ball) The wall balls were all unbroken but the twists were tough.
    Toben always has a good class.

  3. Great WOD – Learned 3 things today
    1. My DU’s still struggling (was a little too confident after Mon) – give myself C- with 101
    2. You can not do 100 pushups in 2 min – 93 is max
    3. DO NOT attempt 30# wall balls & no shirt – it slides off your chest & hits the floor – totally sux.
    Managed 8:13 RX+ with the 30#

  4. 40 burpies 43 push ups 217 singles. I wanted to do more and wanted to do the wod but my elbow did not. Fail.

  5. DU’s–104
    pushups- 71
    burpees- 32
    WOD – 7:56 with a 30lb ball — russian twist were almost impossible couldn’t keep legs off the ground
    34secs on the cool down
