Skill:   Sumo Deadlift  3- 3- 3

WOD:   5 rounds:

  • 10 sumo deadlift high pull (95#/65#)
  • 7 burpees
  • 30 sit ups

There will be a 15 minute cut off

  2. Earlier I wanted to say Tara was crazy but, turns out, she was right. Sit ups were the worst part in this one!
