CrossFit Lumberton is hosting their Grand Opening this Saturday, Marth 3. Come out and support our athletes as we do the Open WOD 12.2, and then “Lumberjacked”

3 – 2 – 12

5 rounds:

  • 10 G 2 OH (135/95)
  • 15 back squats (same BB)
  • 10 T2B

– immediately follow last round with a mile run to finish the WOD. Time will be clocked when athlete comes back from run

  1. Did 12.2 aka “Snatchpocalypse”
    My Snatch max (before today) was just 115#.
    I got the first 30, did 135# (new PR) once, then just did 115 as much as I could (6 times) for the math whizzes, that’s 37.

  2. The Snatchpocalypse – thats awesome – – I tried the Snatchaleupagus weights yesterday – definitley a movement that I need to work on.
