WOD- 8 rounds (70# snatches)
Still can’t get quite low enough in the snatch but its a lot better than it was a month ago when i couldnt do any weight overhead.

Skill .. Cindy in 5 min… 7 rounds .. Got the pull ups and push ups on the 8th
WOD 6 rnds and plus 6 snatches.. At 65# but I was able to do these considerably lower in the squat.. Finally getting this movement down

forgot we started with the snatches- so 8 rounds minus the run, wish i woulda realized that
6 rnds rx for the skill was 1/4 of a squat away from 7 not a happy camper on that
