Skill:    5 minute “Cindy”
AMRAP in 5:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

– push ups ARE NOT hand release
 
WOD:   AMRAP in 10:

  • Squat snatch (115/85)
  • 100 m run

– start with 1 rep, and increase by 1 rep every round
– score=total number completed rounds

  1. Skill 4 rounds plus pullups and push ups (25# vest)
    WOD- 8 rounds (70# snatches)
    Still can’t get quite low enough in the snatch but its a lot better than it was a month ago when i couldnt do any weight overhead.

  2. Skill .. Cindy in 5 min… 7 rounds .. Got the pull ups and push ups on the 8th
    WOD 6 rnds and plus 6 snatches.. At 65# but I was able to do these considerably lower in the squat.. Finally getting this movement down

  3. Skill: 4rds RX + 8 pushups
    Wod: 7rds (65#) + 8 squat snatches.
    The extra counts in my mind even though they weren’t full rounds.
