  • Goblet squats (55/35)
  • Box jumps (24/20)
  • Ring rows

 
WOD:     3 rounds:

  • 20 ball slams (20/14)
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 v-ups

  1. So… Funny story. A girl from world gym just called to offer me a discount on a 2 year contract with them and when I told her I did Crossfit, she decided she wanted to try the free class on Saturday! AWESOME
