Thank you to everyone that came out for Neal’s birthday party.  It was a lot of fun!
WOD 3/4/13

Handstand Push Ups
3-3-3-3
Box Jumps
3-3-3-3
Alternate between the two movements. Try to increase the level of difficulty on each set.

 

For Time:
7 Bear Complex (115/75)
50 Double Unders
5 Bear Complex (135/95)
50 Double Unders
3 Bear Complex (155/105)
50 Double Unders

 
Bear Complex = 1 Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Jerk (bar must lock out at the top), 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Jerk. You may combine the Clean and Front Squat into a “Squat Clean”, or you may Power Clean then Front Squat. A full standing position must be achieved before the Push Jerk begins (Thrusters are not allowed). When the BB returns to the front rack 1 Bear Complex is complete.

    After 1 no rep on the set of 5 and then 3 no reps on the set of 3 my body is tired!! Do not get a no rep!!

    1. But I’m suuuuper proud of you for no repping yourself. Not an easy thing to do, especially on a bear complex. You earned that RX!

  2. Skill- last 3 HSPUs with two 45# plates, one 25# plate stacked with a 50# dumbbell on top. Had to give it a slight kip to get over the hump.
    44″ box jumps
    WOD- 10:45 RX

  3. Wod- 12:04 (80#) wasn’t sure what weights to use. Probably should’ve added some and gone a little harder.
    I did get my first 3 handstand push-ups tonight though 🙂

  4. 14:02 – 95# on set of 7, 105# on set of 5, 115# on set of 3. Tried 120# on set of 3 but couldn’t get the press from back to front TWICE. Ugh.
    Completely irritated with this one..
