I sucked at pushups and pullups. My time was 30:??. I really wanted to break 30 minutes but pushups took way too long.
push ups killed me too man, I need to do a push up challenge or something
I killed the push ups and sit ups, but sucked at pull ups and running(imagine that) LOL

I killed the burpees and that is about it. I did them in 2:10 and then went downhill from there.
That’s impressive for 50. I’ll be happy with 4 min on them.

35:03rx I went the the 6pm class and didn’t see the 800m mark so I ran approx. 1200m on round 3. I think I could have got a sub 33….
