WOD:       Mini “5th Mountain”

  • 50 burpees
  • 50 air squats
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 sit ups
  • 50 pull ups

– 800 m run after each movement
– burpees and push ups are ALWAYS hand release
– no vest necessary

  6. 35:03rx I went the the 6pm class and didn’t see the 800m mark so I ran approx. 1200m on round 3. I think I could have got a sub 33….
    push ups and pull ups sucked for me
