My son was stoked to be on site!
4 rds and 1 hspu rx except for 1 ab mat on hspu’s
3 rds plus 5 kb swings. Pike pu’s, 55# snatch, 45# kb.
After being off for 3 1/2 weeks this was terrible.
2 rounds + 6HSS. Pike PUs, 45# HSS (trying to get better form) 45# KB.
I fought through this, but not as hard as I fought off puking in the gym!! Even though it was for a wonderful reason, I hope to never have to take off this long again…..
