  1. After being off for 3 1/2 weeks this was terrible.
    2 rounds + 6HSS. Pike PUs, 45# HSS (trying to get better form) 45# KB.
    I fought through this, but not as hard as I fought off puking in the gym!! Even though it was for a wonderful reason, I hope to never have to take off this long again…..

  2. Skill: % of 155 (although Coach Burt said I didn’t reach full depth on my last set. I will be lightening up on the squats)

  4. I asked him (Jason)to do the cf games with me and he said no….i don’t think he wants to see if I’ve caught up to and/or surpassed him….gauntlet has been thrown!
