  2. Ok I HAVE to do better! I don’t know what has happened to me but the last couple weeks I can’t make myself get up:/ In bed last night by 9:30 did not get up till 8:00??? I’m going to try and come tonight!

  3. legs are still recovering…
    I did 5 ring dips/5 strict pull ups every minute on the minute, got through 15 min before i couldnt do the 10 reps in the minute cap. Gonna try and make it back this evening to do some rowing and GHD stuff.
