4,3,3,2,3 RX. I was pooped in round 4 but finished strong in round 5….
This will be my last WOD until Saturday. I’m going to be resting hard! I can’t wait for this one!

in round 4 fatigue really set in and i just managed to push through the 5th round

very surprised that it was the air squats that got to me
3-3-3-3-4=16 (65#, purple band)
(2 squats short on a few to make 4 rounds)
3,2,3,3,3 = 14 rounds (50#, purple band)
4-3-2-3-4 (70#, knee pushups)
5,4,4,3,4 = 20 RX. Tough WOD, but fun.
4-3-3-2-4 (95#) Very tough but I loved it.
3each round, 15 total RX’d I will be feeling this one for a few days. I can feel my push ups getting less sucky. 🙂
