Skill:      Max DB Shoulder to overhead (45/30)

WOD:      AMRAP in 12:

  • 15 KB swings (55/35)
  • Shuttle run

– Shuttle run course will be in the middle of the parking lot, using the parking spaces

– Please park as close to the gym as possible.

– I will have paint marking the spots for the cones

    1. its kinda like a sucide run in basketball, 5 sets of cones you run to the first then back to the start to the second back to the start etc..

  2. no bright ideas alan. and for sure agree with drew. and marc if i remember right you touch a line go back to the start go to the next line back to start so on and so on
