Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Molly and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.

  2. Well, even with a 2k row this can’t be worse than DT was for me… Looks like a fun challenge, but unfortunately I’m wimping out today. Got a nice deep thigh bruise playing basketball last night.

    1. I’d like to think I could do this in 22:00-25:00 possibly. One thing for sure, my pace would drop pretty drastically after the row. *barf*

        1. They have switched it back to 4 x 400m for one mile,I believe. The 400m course is out the door, around the building, out past the second set of trees in the parking lot and straight back to the front door.

      1. Good job today Matt. I thought I had you until I took off on that last run. I was happy with the 6:10 first mile though. I was trying to keep both miles under 6:30 but that fell apart. I look forward to racing you again.
