Skill:      Max air squats in 2 minutes

Bridge:      Tabata burpees

– you will keep count of reps for each 20 second effort

– score = lowest number burpees completed within a given 20 second interval

WOD:     4 rounds:

  • 3 deadlifts (285/205)
  • 150 m run
  • 20 russian twists (per side)
