Skill– Push Jerk- 8-6-4-2
You MUST increase weight each set. Plan accordingly
10-1 Bar Muscle ups
1-10 OHS 95/65
You will do 10 Bar muscle ups then 1 OHS; 9 Bar muscle ups, 2 OHS, etc.
If you don’t have bar muscle ups in your arsenal yet scale to x2 Chest to Bar pullups or x3 regular pull ups.
