Skill- Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3

WOD- 12 min AMRAP

3 power snatch
12 sit-ups

No RX weights today. Pick a weight that you can comfortably OHS using the proper range of motion.  A lot of people have no problem power snatching a weight but struggle to OHS that same weight. If you can’t OHS it, move down in weight. On the flip side if you cannot power snatch the weight an you have to squat snatch it move down in weight as well.
