7:49 on the Wod. Started with 2 abmats, but had to drop down to pike Pushups. 40″ Box jump. Thats a PR!!!! YAHOOOO!!!

5:27 WOD with 135# and pike pushups. Did a 40″ box jump which surprised me….
7:15 @ 185# & 1 ab mat. Was def not feeling it. 53 1/4 inch box jump on Sunday.
9:21 with 125# and 25# dumbbell press.
I started with 160# but was losing form, so after 11 I dropped down to 135# and did HSPU with 2 abmats. Finished with 7:24 or something close. Got a 33 inch box jump Sunday. Good job to the noon class! You guys rocked it!
