  1. You didnt have your lumbar engaged, hips aren’t fully extended, and u look like u pulled with the arms before you shrugged.

  2. All the above are correct, so I should see perfect form on those squat cleans tomorrow. Clint- shirtless Burt doesn’t care about what temperature it is outside
