Skill:   Front Squat   7 – 7 – 7  (80% body weight)

WOD:    4 rounds:

  • 10 dual KB thrusters (55/35)
  • 10 KB push ups
  • 75 m farmers carry

– KB push ups will simply be push ups with hands on the KB handles
– Farmer’s carry will be with 2 KBs
