 In case you were wondering why we work on ALL fitness skills and not just one or two

 

Skill:  Thruster  3 – 3 – 3

WOD:

AMRAP in 7:

  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … KB swings (55#/35#)
  • 20 Double Unders

-Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 7:

  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … Thrusters (95#/65#)
  • Bear Crawl

-Rest 2 minutes
AMRAP in 7:

  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 … Ball Slams (20#/14#)
  • Broad Jumps

-Rest 2 minutes

    KB (5 rounds, 55# KB, 60 singles)
    Thrusters (6 rounds RX)
    Ball Slams (10 Rounds RX)
    Why is it when I come in the mornings that the class always seems to run over? haha

  2. I only did the kb swings and du part of this work out because I was not sure how far to bear crawl or do broad jumps for. Great idea for a workout though.
    11.5 rounds RX. It starts getting hard after the 5 minute mark.

  3. Thrusters 65# 8 rounds
    Ball Slams 20# 7 rounds
    KB swings 45# 7 rounds (did double unders every other round)
    Yet another workout that ended up sneaking up on me, 3 seven minute amraps are no joke, write that down.

  4. KB 35#/ 60 singles~~9 rounds
    Thrusters 65#/ Bear Crawl~~7 rounds
    Ball slams 14#/ broad jump~~10 rounds
    Great workout!!!
