  1. What can we sub for HSPU? I can’t even do a hand stand at this point!
    Hoping I can get out of work early enough to do this WOD!

    1. DB Push Presses are subbed for HSPUs, but you can scale them by doing them on a box, inverted pike-position. Hard to explain but one of our capable coaches will demonstrate. lol
