Skill:    Work on handstand push ups for ten minutes

WOD:    Max efforts for 2 minutes with 2 minutes of rest between efforts:

  • KB swings (55#/35#)
  • Burpees
  • Tire flips
  • Box jumps (24″/20″)
  • Double unders

Keep track of how many reps you complete during each 2 minute effort.  Total score = total number of reps of all 2 minute efforts
