Maybe 5 minutes for you…150 pushups will take me quite some time.
I didn’t even think about it being that many push ups.
There’s a little whine there. 150 reps of both will add up quick. I’m more worried about the push ups then the deadlift.
5:00 pm we got this nathan, I will even bring the friday after workout refreshments !!!!
Even the light deadlifts will be rough at that many reps…I’ll show up at 6 just for a beer 🙂

135# 100 times is a lot. More power to ya if you can do all 150. I’ll come have a cold one while you do it lol
