  1. I actually got up and drove to the box at 6am. After the warmup, I did one clean and jerk at 135# and went home and back to bed. Wasn’t feeling it this am.

    2nd day at Crossfit MC. Ive been doing Crossfit for a few years at a local gym and a friends house but lately I have been missing workouts. I can already tell I havn’t been pushing myself like I need to. Sucked eggs today! Look forward to future workouts!
