100 medball clean to wallballs 20/14
*top of every minute 4 burpees*

medball clean to wallballs is combining the two movements into one. You do not need to perform a full medball clean and then squat for another wallball. Catch the medball in a full squat in the clean and explode up for your wallball throw.  The medball must touch the ground and hit the target for every rep to count.
