Clean and Jerk – 8 minutes to find a heavy single 
Then 1 rep every 30 seconds for 3 min @ 70-80% of heavy single

WOD:

For Time: 
400m Suitcase Carry (55/35) 
10 Goblet Squats at beginning, and every 100 meters

CASH OUT:

5 sets of 10 Bicep Curls
