Every 90 Sec for 5 rounds:
3 Position Clean (ground, knee, hip) + 1 Push Press
*Start at 50% of 1RM Clean & Jerk, then increase weight each round. If you fail, take 10-20 lbs off the bar and finish at that weight.
3 Rounds for time of (15 min cap):
15 DB Thrusters (35’s/25’s)
100 Double Unders
20 C2B Pull Ups
