  1. 19:32 (75#) after I RX’d the first two rounds (bad idear)
    We did 12-rep OH Squat maxes on 5/4 so that should give you an idea of what you can do.

  2. I’m going to agree with Neal, no burpees will be nice.
    Also not having to run up those stairs will be nice too
