  2. Reverse Burpees are actually kinda fun… Until your forward momentum (from the get-up to the handstand) makes you thrash into the wall, and you crumple to the ground in a heap.

  3. I loved the reverse burpees. You do crash into the wall pretty hard though once you start to get tired.
