    Should have worn a tshirt…not a tank top:/ my poor neck

    1. we had a bigger class at 11 so we couldn’t do it with the intervals like we did at 6am, not enough racks so we added weight to compensate. Looking at getting some more racks

  2. Skill- 135, 155, 185, 205. I tried 215 but kept dropping under the bar, just could seem to keep from doing this. It’s hard to break that habbit.
    Wod- 32 burpees / 32 Cleans RX.
