The 9am stretch class on Saturdays is being replaced with a Olympic weightlifting class. No conditioning during this class we will be working on mobility, form and various auxiliary movements to improve our Olympic lifts.
CFMC is hosting the Christmas party December 22nd. More details to follow. We need ideas for a theme, last years “pajama party” will be hard to beat.

Yay for the lifting class!! I’m an addict now. I have been making my kids do things so I can video them and use my new app on my phone. At least it’s a positive addiction. 🙂
