Hey guys, if you missed the Paleo workshop last saturday that’s ok! I’m doing it again at CFB on Tuesday at 8:00p.m. and there will be Paleo snacks!

Did this Saturday morning… Pull ups where cake! Squats on the other hand.. Not much… Plus I felt like I couldn’t catch my breath..
