– In 1 minute:

  • 30 sec. max row
  • max KB swings with time left over (55/35)

– score for each set = meters+reps
 
3 rounds:

  • 10 hang C & J (135/95)
  • 10 air squats
  • 10 sit ups

 
cool down:

  • 10 GHD back ext.
  • 20 toes to rings
